We traveled to Italy from August 27-September 7, 2009 along with Ana’s Parents.  We spent 5 days in Rome then drove to Pompei and Herculaneum, stopped in several Tuscan towns: Civita di Bagnoregio, Montecino, San Gimignano, and Volterra, making our way towards the towns of Cinque Terre.  We then spent a few days in Florence, and finally made our way through Perugia and Assisi on our way back to Rome to catch our return flight.
