We have reserved blocks of rooms at a few local hotels under the group name "Tablante-Nunes wedding". As there are other weddings in the area for the same weekend, we recommend you reserve your room sooner rather than later. We have attempted to accommodate a few price points with our choices in hotels, but if you would like more recommendations, please contact us. |

Marriott Farmington The Marriott Farmington Hotel is located about nine miles from the church and six miles from the reception. The rooms include access to indoor and outdoor pools, a health club, and tennis courts. Internet access is available for $9.95/day. There is an attached restaurant and shopping nearby. Ten rooms are reserved for August 7-10. Avon Old Farms Hotel The Avon Old Farms Hotel is located about four miles from the church and ten miles from the reception. It is the closest hotel to the church and offers the choice of standard, motel-style rooms or luxury, hotel-style rooms. The rooms include high-speed internet, free continental breakfast, use of the outdoor pool, gym, and sauna. There is an attached restaurant and pub, and a golf course across the street. Five standard rooms and five luxury rooms are reserved for August 8-10. Reservations must be made by July 8 or the reduced rate is not guaranteed. The Simsbury Inn The Simsbury Inn is located about eight miles from the church and six miles from the reception. It is the closest hotel to the reception, and offers complimentary airport and train shuttles. The rooms include high-speed internet, in-room refrigerators, continental breakfast, use of the indoor pool, exercise room, and saunas. Three rooms are reserved from August 8-10 and more are available at the discounted rate until they are sold out. |
